A simpler house hunting solution

  • You give us a detailed description of your property requirements and the areas in which you are interested in purchasing. 
  • We then visit all suitable local estate agents and search the private advertisements to locate all the properties for sale that fit your criteria.  Suitable properties are then inspected by us and reports along with appropriate photos are sent to you. 
  • We arrange a bespoke programme of accompanied viewings based on the shortlist of properties you have helped produce. 
  • If you choose to proceed with a purchase we will negotiate on your behalf and can also refer you to UK based bilingual Solicitors, English speaking Notaries, Builders and Foreign Exchange brokers.

Fees

Deposit

We require a deposit of 500€ payable in advance but only after we have discussed your requirements.  This is fully refundable against the purchase of a property ensuring that we only work with clients that are committed to buying a property in the Charente Maritime.

 

Acquisition Fee

A fee of 1% of the purchase price is payable upon signing the Compris de Vente.

 

Miscellaneous

All travel and basic expenses are included in the above fees.  Airport collection and accommodation can be quoted separately and in advance.
