A Place in Charente Martime is managed by Tim & Renée Cole.

We moved to the Charente Maritime in 2005 with our four children who have very happily settled in the local schools and are thoroughly integrated into and enjoying French life.

Before moving to France Tim worked for 20 years as a manager for a large building contractor as well as project managing the buying and renovating of houses in his spare time.

We are now able to use our skills acquired in the UK and our local knowledge to help you acquire and maintain your dream house in the sun.
