External Inspection & Report – 25€ per month

We will visit your property monthly checking the exterior for any signs of damage or forced entry.  This will include checking all doors and windows also well as gutters and drains where possible.  A report will then be e-mailed or sent to you after each visit.  An extra visit will also take place after severe weather conditions free of charge.

Internal & External Inspection & Report – 35€ per month

We will visit your property monthly checking the interior & exterior for any signs of damage or forced entry.  This will include checking all doors and windows also well as gutters and drains where possible.  All rooms will be entered and checked for any damage, water leaks or pest infestations.  A report will then be e-mailed or sent to you after each visit.  An extra visit will also take place after severe weather conditions free of charge.

Garden Services – 20€ for the first hour, thereafter, 5€ per 15 minutes

We are able to offer most aspects of general gardening to include weeding, lawn cutting, patio & driveway maintenance, hedge cutting as well as garden clearance and remodelling.  If necessary we offer the use of our equipment such as lawnmowers, chainsaws, hedge cutters etc.

Miscellaneous Services - 20€ for the first hour, thereafter, 5€ per 15 minutes
