package tailored to your needs at a fixed monthly price. Or we can provide one
off services from the list below.
Changeovers - 20€ per hour and 5€ per 15 minutes thereafter
On your chosen changeover day we will clean the
house, remove all rubbish and tidy the garden. Linen and towels can be laundered
& changed.
Meeting and Greeting - 20€ per hour and 5€ per 15 minutes thereafter
We can arrange to be at your property as your guests
arrive, or soon after, to welcome them and answer any questions they may have.
Emergency contact - 10€ per week or 25€ per call out
We can leave our details at your house to provide
an emergency contact for your guests should there be any problems with the house or their holiday during their stay.
Welcome Packs – please let us know your requirements for a price
We can arrange for a few necessities, such as a
bottle of wine, or a full welcome pack to be bought and delivered to your house to greet your guests on arrival.
